Past and current residential home projects throughout Southern California include a broad spectrum of product from entry level to second/vacation home to high-end luxury. These projects include both single family and multi-family residences on lots of all different sizes. We have constructed both open and gated communities.

Our approach to selecting new projects leverages the experience and expertise of Westmount Properties' land development business. We have an excellent handle on "what should go where." Real estate agents and brokers provide a constant stream of available land and lot opportunities. Through a careful and conservative selection process, we conduct a detailed analysis of local markets to ensure that the product we want to deliver represents a sound business decision for that particular market.

We team with experienced and top quality architects, contractors and engineers to deliver all of our homes. Through close working relationships with city and county governments (including managers, planners, city council members, county supervisors and architectural committees), we are able to accomplish and complete the task of bringing affordable and quality single and multi-family housing projects to their areas. By collaborating on a daily basis with our marketing consultants, brokers and agents, we stay on top of the market to ensure that we are doing all that we can to create and satisfy buyer demand.

The principals and key players, direct and indirect, behind Westmount Properties have formed new companies, unrelated to Westmount Properties, for each home building project and will continue that structure in the future. Other participants in these companies include joint venture investment partners. We are committed to partnering with suitable joint venture investment partners to continue delivering and selling residential home communities throughout Southern California.
